This Commercial Electronic Message Rules and Information Text has been prepared by OLCAY Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (www.olcaystore.com) to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”), the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETK”), the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and relevant legislation.

The identity information (name, surname) and contact details (e-mail address, phone number) that you share with OLCAY Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. will be processed by OLCAY Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., upon your approval to receive commercial communication, for the purpose of marketing communication and sending commercial electronic messages through channels you have consented to, including WhatsApp, instant/short messages, phone, and e-mail. These will also be used for conducting customer satisfaction activities, marketing analysis, management of advertisement, campaign, and promotion processes, marketing of products and services, campaign creation for customers, offering special opportunities by OLCAY Tekstil business partners to OLCAY Tekstil customers, audience targeting, tracking customer behavior to improve user experience, direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, and customization and promotion of OLCAY Tekstil's products and services based on the interests, usage habits, and needs of the relevant individuals. The data will also be used for the planning and execution of customer relationship management processes, general planning and execution of marketing processes for OLCAY Tekstil and its affiliates’ products and/or services, and to build or increase loyalty to products and/or services offered by OLCAY Tekstil and its affiliates, all in accordance with Article 6 of the ETK, and based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, limited solely to commercial electronic message activities.

You may withdraw your consent for receiving commercial electronic messages at any time.

Your personal data may be used by OLCAY Tekstil for the purposes stated above, either directly or via data processors, and may be shared with our technological infrastructure providers.

According to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you have rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can access the application methods and your rights regarding your processed personal data through the Personal Data Protection Application Form available on the OLCAY Tekstil website.
