Due to our regularly updated stocks, products are usually restocked unless the season has ended.

  • How should I clean my products?

Since Olcay Store products are made of delicate and technological fabrics, they should be cleaned according to the washing and drying instructions found on each product.

Shipping / Delivery

  • When will my order be delivered to me?

Domestic orders are delivered to the recipient within 1-3 business days. We DO NOT ship internationally.

  • How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

You can check your order status from the "Order Details" page on the website.

  • Do I have to pay a shipping fee for my purchases?

No. Shipping is free for all purchases made through our website.

  • Is there anything I should check when receiving the product from the courier?

Yes. During shipping, the product may get damaged due to courier handling. Please make sure to check the package for any crushing, tearing, or wetness. If such a condition is observed, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to prepare a damage report.

  • The courier came but I wasn’t at home. How can I receive my order?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest courier branch. It will be held there for 3 days. You can collect your product by going to the branch with your ID number. If not collected within 3 days, the product will be returned to our company.

Cancellation & Return

  • How long does it take to get a refund after canceling an order?

When you cancel your order or return a product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the product is received by us.

  • How many days do I have to return the product I purchased?

You can return the product within 10 days of receiving it.

  • What should I do if the product I received is defective?

If you return the product to us within the return period (10 days), the necessary process will be carried out and your payment will be refunded. If the same product is available in our stock, you will be informed so you can place a new order.
