RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return the products you purchased within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that the products have not been worn and that all tags are still attached. Shipments that do not comply with the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR A RETURN

1. Go to the My Account page on our website and navigate to the create return section.
2. Click on the Create New Request tab and select the order you wish to return.
3. In the Cancellation/Return Reason section, select the Return option.
4. In the Cancellation/Return Type section, if you paid by bank transfer, select "Refund"; if by credit card, select "Other".
5. Enter your IBAN full name and IBAN account information for the refund.
6. After saving your selections, a Return Request Created window will appear, and the return shipping and code details will be sent to your email.
7. Send the product(s) you want to return along with their invoices and tags to ARAS KARGO using our return code 2218854551447, specifying "Aras Kışla Branch", free of charge.
8. Once your return shipment reaches us, necessary checks will be made and the return will be processed within 3-10 business days.

RETURN INVOICE

1. For a smooth return process, the product must be returned with its invoice.
2. If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice issued by the company must also be included.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns can only be accepted via ARAS KARGO, our contracted courier. We would like to note that if you use a different courier, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN
 
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, you may send it back for inspection. Depending on the result, you are entitled to a return or an exchange for the same product.

ORDER CANCELLATION

7. Send the product(s) you want to exchange along with their invoices and tags to ARAS KARGO using our return code 2218854551447, free of charge.
